Understanding Earth's Systems
Earth is broken down into four systems: atmosphere,
geosphere, hydrosphere, and biosphere. These systems are all interconnected and
help provide balance on Earth and in Earth’s ecosystems. Readers will learn
about cycles associated with each system and how they benefit Earth. These books
also discuss how people interact with each system and how human activities can
negatively impact these systems. Full-color photographs and relevant captions
help readers make connections between the main text and images.
