Recipes for a Medieval Feast takes readers on a culinary adventure back to the middle ages, providing them with a plethora of dishes from antiquity. Students will learn to make and bake dishes such as Lombardy custard, makerouns, mushrooms and leeks, and sambocade?all while learning how to divide, multiply, and manipulate fractions in order to figure out the quantities of each ingredient needed for the completion and serving of each dish.
