First Amendment Cases

This series gives a thorough examination of key Supreme Court cases that continue to form and shape our fundamental right to free speech under the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The history of the case is presented, including both sides of the argument, as well as how the justices made the landmark decision. The series also discusses the long-term ramifications of the cases and how the decision has been used in later cases.
