Ancient Rome: Daily Life in the Roman World: Shopping, Cooking, Praying
Students will read a short essay explaining how both Pompeii and Herculaneum hold the key to understanding the rich life of the ancient Romans. They'll also read brief essays about street merchants, cooking, shops, and rituals, corresponding to each poster. A chart on Roman History by ruler is included, along with a list of famous monuments and buildings.
