Grade 8: America's Independence
Aligns to the TEKS Resource System, Unit 3, American Independence - Restlessness to Rebellion 1763-1783
With these resources, students will study and analyze the series of British policies that fueled tensions between the colonists and the British government. This tension caused the writing of the Declaration of Independence and the contributions of significant individuals to come together to fight for independence and create a new government.
Instructional Materials
